Conor Kehoe has held the role of Chair of the PRI Board since January 2024.

Conor previously chaired the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) – a coalition of 70 leading Sustainability organisations - during its merger with SASB and the subsequent merger of the two into the IFRS to form the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) (Sept 2022). He was a member of the G7 Impact Accounting Taskforce and is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Capitals Coalition

He is an Advisor to Summa Equity and a Special Advisor at McKinsey, where he founded and co-leads McKinsey's Board Intelligence Forum for European non-executives and chairs. Previously, he co-founded McKinsey's Private Equity and Principal Investor Industry (PEPI) Practice and latterly McKinsey New Ventures. While at McKinsey, he was a member of the founding team of Focussing Capital on the Long Term (FCLTGlobal.org).

Originally a software engineer, he also led McKinsey's Tech and Telecom Practice in Europe. He advises a small number of ecommerce/software growth-stage companies.

Conor, who is from Ireland, is a resident of London but spends time each year in Maine.
